Athletic & Extracurricular Supplies and Equipment

The Sherman Independent School District is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of athletic supplies, services, and equipment. This includes athletic sports and training, PE, dance and cheer, band, award jacket and awards, uniforms, apparel, accessories, and monogramming/embroidery service. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the offering period. The district may approve additional vendors for the same or similar items/services during the agreement period. Some key points to note: * The contract term is from June 6, 2024, through June 30, 2030. * The district reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents and accept or reject any and/or all proposals. * Vendors must agree to fully warrant and guarantee all information in their response. * The district is exempt from federal excise tax and state tax, so vendors should not include tax in their bid totals. * The district may terminate the contract if the vendor fails to meet schedules, deadlines, and/or delivery dates, or if the vendor fails to make any payments owed. Some of the specific products and services that the district is looking for include: * Athletic equipment and supplies for various sports, such as baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, powerlifting, soccer, softball, swimming/diving, tennis, track, and volleyball. * First aid and medical supplies. * Athletic training equipment and supplies. * Physical education equipment and supplies. * Cheer and dance apparel and accessories. * Award letter jackets and awards/trophies. * T-shirts, apparel, and uniforms. * Monogramming and embroidery services.
