Athletic & Extracurricular Supplies and Equipment

Sherman Independent School District is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of athletic supplies, services, and equipment. This includes athletic sports and training, PE, dance and cheer, band, award jacket and awards, uniforms, apparel, accessories, and monogramming/embroidery service. The contract will be a multiple award contract to vendors as determined to offer the best value to the school district. The term of the contract will be from June 6, 2024 through June 30, 2030. * Key items to be provided include: athletic equipment, uniforms, and supplies for various sports such as baseball, basketball, football, and track, as well as physical education and cheerleading apparel and accessories. * The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the school district, considering factors such as purchase price, reputation of the vendor, quality of goods or services, and the vendor's past relationship with the district. * Vendors must agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, and to provide goods and services in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
