Master Plan for Village of North Montpelier

The Town of East Montpelier is seeking proposals for a master plan for the village of North Montpelier. The plan should include three different concepts with a funding roadmap. This is for an MPG Grant. The proposal should be execution-ready and include a downtown village master plan. • The plan should include engineering, plumbing, and heating components. • The plan should include floodplain delineation and general contractor components. • The plan should include historical preservation and management services components. • The plan should include planning and design services, road construction, and storm water system design components. • The plan should include strategic planning and environmental consultant services components.
