The U.S. Army is seeking a sole‑source contractor to provide a five‑year, requirements‑type contract for full life‑cycle support of two cold‑spray metal‑working systems at Letterkenny Army Depot, PA. The scope includes preventive maintenance, annual calibration, emergency and non‑emergency repairs, 24‑hour technical telephone support, provision of all proprietary OEM parts, warranty administration, and on‑site operator/maintenance training. The contract also covers travel costs and over‑and‑above (unscheduled) repair work under a not‑to‑exceed ceiling.
• Perform annual preventive maintenance and calibration on the cold‑spray equipment, delivering certificates and service reports.
• Provide 24‑hour phone support and dispatch technicians within 1 week for emergency repairs; handle non‑emergency repairs as needed.
• Deliver annual on‑site training for operators and maintenance personnel, and supply all OEM spare parts.
