The City of Phoenix Water Services Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a complete laboratory‑grade steam sterilizer (autoclave) solution for its 23rd Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant compliance laboratory. The scope includes supplying the equipment, delivering and installing it within a defined footprint, commissioning, providing on‑site operator training, and delivering a five‑year service package that covers quarterly preventative maintenance, annual NIST‑traceable calibration, and on‑call repair with a 24‑hour response time. The contractor must also furnish documentation, warranties, and optional extended‑warranty and consumable discount options. • Supply one laboratory‑grade steam sterilizer meeting 121 °C/15 psi for 30 min hold, footprint ≤ 36″ W × 75″ H × 60″ D. • Deliver, install, connect utilities, and perform startup/testing and validation. • Provide on‑site training for at least five City personnel covering operation, safety, and maintenance. • Perform quarterly preventive maintenance and annual calibration with NIST‑traceable standards. • Offer 24‑hour on‑call repair service and detailed service reports. • Include a minimum one‑year full warranty; optional extended warranty and consumable discounts may be proposed. • Contract term: 5 years, no extension options.
