MSU Bozeman Study Abroad Programs - Multiple award

Montana State University’s Office of International Programs is issuing a multi‑award RFP to secure one or more travel partners for faculty‑led study‑abroad programs, both international and domestic. The solicitation seeks contractors capable of delivering fully‑managed program services (with or without a guide) as well as stand‑alone travel‑agent services, including itinerary planning, ground transportation, lodging, meals, emergency safety support, and the ability to make rapid international wire payments. Offerors must demonstrate at least five years of experience running customized study‑abroad programs for U.S. colleges, provide safety/emergency response plans, and meet a range of compliance requirements (insurance, non‑discrimination, Montana prevailing‑wage rules, etc.).
