Palm Beach County is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and maintain medical gases and related accessories under a term contract (Term C). The contract will cover a range of medical gases (e.g., oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air) and ancillary equipment such as regulators, flow meters, and safety devices. Vendors must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service system, comply with all federal, state, and local regulations (including ANSI, NFPA, and OSHA standards), provide safety data sheets, and be able to support delivery to multiple County facilities.
