Property and Casualty Insurance Broker

North Dakota Mill & Elevator is seeking a qualified insurance brokerage firm to assess its excess property and casualty exposures, obtain competitive quotes, and advise on placement of coverage for its grain‑processing operations. The broker must be licensed in North Dakota, have at least five years of relevant experience, and be able to deliver an assessment by late May and insurance quotes by mid‑June, with coverage effective July 1, 2026. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price agreement for an initial twelve‑month period, with up to four one‑year renewal options and a possible twelve‑month extension.
