Renovate Interior to Create Storage -General Headquarters Garage

This project involves renovating the interior of the existing MSHP Marine Maintenance Building to install a new elevated steel‑structure storage mezzanine, as well as replacing HVAC ductwork and the rooftop unit (RTU) that serves the bays. The scope includes structural steel erection, demolition, and detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to accommodate the new mezzanine and ensure proper climate control for stored equipment. The work will be performed at the General Headquarters Garage facility in Jefferson City, MO, and the State of Missouri Office of Administration is accepting bids. • Install elevated steel storage mezzanine with associated structural supports. • Replace HVAC ductwork and rooftop unit serving the garage bays. • Perform demolition, site grading, and detailed construction documentation (plans, specs). • Provide all required civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications. • Deliver a complete, code‑compliant renovation meeting state and federal construction standards.
