Description
This solicitation concerns the interior remodel of the State of Colorado Capital Garage entrance located at 1350 S Lincoln Street, Denver. The work includes selective demolition, installation of new pipe and tube railings, hollow‑metal doors and frames, aluminum storefronts, door hardware, gypsum board assemblies, and full interior painting. All work must comply with the detailed product specifications, submittal procedures, and warranty requirements outlined in the construction documents. The contractor will be responsible for coordination with the architect, delivery, storage, handling of materials, and final close‑out documentation. • Demolition of designated building components and utility identification • Installation of steel pipe and tube railings per engineered design • Supply and install hollow‑metal doors, frames, and aluminum storefronts • Provide all door hardware, gypsum board assemblies, and finish painting • Submit shop drawings, product data, samples, schedules, and warranties electronically • Provide one‑year product and installation warranty (extended warranties encouraged) • Complete punch‑list, final inspection, and turnover of operation & maintenance manuals.
