Storm Damage Repairs to Denton Road (TH-13) and Mason Road (TH-20)

The Town of Washington, Vermont is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for storm damage repairs to Denton Road (TH-13) and Mason Road (TH-20). The project includes ditching, culvert replacement and installation, and resurfacing. The contractor must have experience with comparable work on other municipal road projects and must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. • The project is expected to start in the second or third week of September and be completed by October 9th. • The contractor will be required to work with the Town Road Foreman to properly sequence road resurfacing and ensure that all work is coordinated with the Road Foreman. • The contractor will be responsible for safety at the job site and must comply with federal contract provisions. • The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the contract in the best interest of the community.
