Ex-Officio Trustee

The Arizona Department of Education seeks a qualified entity to act as the State Superintendent’s designee, performing the duties of Ex‑Officio Trustee for two Federal Quota accounts that are currently managed by the American Printing House for the Blind. The contractor will be responsible for oversight, compliance, reporting, and coordination with both the Department and APH to ensure that the federal quota obligations are met and that services to the blind community are delivered effectively. This is a specialized educational services contract focused on governance and fiduciary responsibilities rather than direct instructional delivery. • Serve as the official Ex‑Officio Trustee for the two Federal Quota accounts. • Liaise with the American Printing House for the Blind to manage account administration and reporting. • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing the quota accounts. • Provide regular status updates and recommendations to the State Superintendent of Public Education. • Maintain accurate records and support audits as required.
