Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified sources capable of providing V-Armed Software License Warranty and Operator. The requirement includes software licenses and updates, hardware warranty, and an onsite operator technician. The operator technician will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and operations of the system. The contract is expected to start on October 1, 2026, and end on September 30, 2027.
Key points to consider:
• The contractor must provide software licenses and updates for the maintenance of Scenario Launcher, After Action-Review, Scenario Editor software packages, and Motive System Launcher (Opti-Track)
• The warranty will include repair and/or replacement for all equipment malfunctions associated with the V-Armed System not due to operator error or misuse
• The operator technician must be credentialed and sponsored by V-Armed to complete all required programming and maintenance on-site
• The contractor will be required to be on-site 40 hours a week, typically Monday through Friday 08:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
• The contractor must comply with Federal and Agency records management policies, including those policies associated with the safeguarding of records covered by the Privacy Act of 1974
