On-Call Professional Services - Architectural Services

The Town of Queen Creek is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified architectural firms for on-call professional services. The selected firms will provide architectural design and construction administration services on an as-needed basis at various locations within the town. The services may include project administration, design services, programming, site planning, and construction administration. The town intends to create a pre-qualified selection list for on-call architectural services. • The initial term of the contract will be for one year, with the option to be renewed for up to four additional one-year terms. • The town makes no guarantee of work under an on-call services contract. • The selected firms may be tasked with providing a range of architectural design and construction administration services. • The town reserves the right to award up to three contracts to qualified firms. • The town's Capital Improvement Department and Facilities Department are expected to utilize this contract.
