The Administration for Community Living (ACL) is issuing a cooperative agreement to operate the National Center on Elder Abuse (NCEA). The Center will serve as a national resource hub, delivering web‑based, downloadable, and in‑person information, training, and best‑practice guidance to professionals and the public for preventing, identifying, and responding to elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation. The award is a single‑entity contract with an estimated funding ceiling of $1 million, intended to support the Center’s operations, content development, outreach, and training activities nationwide. • Operate the NCEA as a national resource center for elder‑abuse prevention and response. • Develop and maintain web‑based tools, downloadable resources, and in‑person training programs. • Provide technical assistance and best‑practice guidance to state, local, and community stakeholders. • Conduct outreach to professionals (e.g., health care, social services, law enforcement) and the general public. • Manage a budget up to $1 M with a minimum award floor of $856,250. • Deliver services beginning September 1 2027 for an anticipated one‑year period.
