Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District is seeking contractors to construct a prefabricated metal storage building and perform extensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) repairs at the 88th Army Reserve Center in Monclova, Ohio. The scope includes installation of metal doors, cage partitions, steel shelving, painting, fire suppression, mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems, asphalt and concrete work, utility extensions (gas, water, electrical), chain‑link fencing, and site restoration/seedings. This is an 8(a) competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) with a full NAICS code of 236220, targeting firms capable of comprehensive building construction and MEP services.
