Request for Proposals: Business Continuity Planning, Software, and Implementation Services

The University of Arizona Global Campus seeks a qualified vendor to deliver end‑to‑end Business Continuity Planning (BCP) services, software, and implementation for all campus departments. The work is organized into four phases: (1) data migration and discovery, (2) software deployment and pilot testing, (3) comprehensive user training, and (4) enterprise‑wide BCP rollout and ongoing maintenance. The vendor must provide on‑shore hosted, SSO‑enabled software that meets PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, and FERPA standards, supply SOC 2 Type II or equivalent audit evidence, maintain 99.9 % monthly uptime, and support 24/7/365 help‑desk operations. Key deliverables include risk‑assessment reports, migration schedules, training curricula, and a fully operational BCP platform with annual security audits. • Provide BCP consulting, data migration from legacy RPX to a cloud‑based solution, and full software implementation. • Deliver SSO‑compatible, on‑shore hosted software with required security certifications (SOC 2 Type II, HITRUST, ISO 27001:2022, or HECVAT). • Conduct user training, develop documentation, and maintain the solution for a 3‑year term (optionally extendable to 5 years).
