The scope includes demolition of existing pavement and curbs, site preparation, installation of storm‑water inlets, conduits, manholes, new concrete curbs and curb‑ramps, traffic‑control signage and signal modifications, and final site restoration. The contract is a heavy‑highway (ODOT CMS) project and requires ODOT pre‑qualification, compliance with Davis‑Bacon prevailing‑wage rates, a 6 % SBE utilization goal, performance and bid bonds, and extensive permitting and utility coordination. Work must be completed within 180 calendar days, with a mandatory winter‑weather blackout from 30 Nov 2026 to 01 Apr 2027. • Demolition, grading, and installation of a 6‑ft wide asphalt shared‑use path. • Installation of new storm‑water infrastructure, concrete curbs, curb‑ramps, and traffic‑signal equipment. • Required compliance: ODOT pre‑qualification, 6 % SBE goal, Davis‑Bacon wages, Buy‑America, E‑Verify, and extensive permitting. • Project timeline: Bid issued 28 Oct 2026, mandatory bid submission 18 Nov 2026, 180‑day construction window, with a winter‑work restriction (Nov 30 2026 – Apr 1 2027).

Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $5,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose the total contract value; only a $110,000 contingency line is shown. Based on typical municipal heavy‑highway projects of similar scope (approximately several hundred linear feet of shared‑use path, associated utility and signal work), the total award is likely in the $2 million to $5 million range. Factors influencing the estimate include length of the path, amount of pavement, concrete curbs, utility relocations, and the required SBE subcontracting.
