Albuquerque Public Schools’ Athletics Department is seeking qualified vendors to supply and deliver a broad range of concession‑type food products to four APS stadium locations. The contract will be an indefinite‑quantity, not‑to‑exceed agreement with a three‑year maximum term, allowing APS to place recurring purchase orders for items such as packaged snacks, candy, popcorn, nachos, pretzels, baked goods, condiments, and ice‑cream/frozen novelties. Vendors must submit firm, all‑inclusive pricing via the provided Excel price‑submission form, include separate line items for delivery fees, and comply with APS’s standard certifications (conflict‑of‑interest, debarment, campaign‑contribution disclosure, etc.). • Scope: Provide ready‑to‑serve, properly packaged food items (non‑frozen except ice‑cream category) for resale at stadium concession stands. • Delivery: Ship to Milne Stadium, Wilson Stadium, Nusenda Community Stadium, and APS Soccer Complex, maintaining appropriate temperature controls. • Contract: Indefinite‑quantity, not‑to‑exceed, up to three years; price‑escalation allowed once per year. • Requirements: Complete cover sheet, price form, conflict‑of‑interest, anti‑lobbying, campaign contribution disclosure, and sign any addenda.
