Block Grant Funding HAP & HSDF

Luzerne County is seeking information from qualified providers regarding Block Grant funding, specifically the Homeless Assistance Program (HAP) and Human Services Development Fund (HSDF) funds. The county is exploring options to enhance access to homeless assistance services, rental assistance, case management, bridge housing, and housing for underserved populations. Respondents are requested to provide information about their organization, services, geographic areas served, staffing structure, program outcomes, partnerships, and estimated costs. • The RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, proposals, or quotes. • Respondents must provide information about their organization and services. • The county is seeking innovative approaches and capabilities from providers. • Responses must be limited to five pages and submitted electronically in PDF format. • Proprietary or confidential information should be clearly marked as such.
