Lockbox Wholesale Support Services for the Office of Intake and Document Production (OIDP)

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) intends to procure a one-year contract for Specialized Wholesale Lockbox Services to support the collection, processing, and deposit of fees and associated applications for USCIS Benefit Forms. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as they are the current USCIS Lockbox provider with the necessary physical and system capacity to process the existing form types and add new ones as needed. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • Processing and deposit of fees and associated applications for USCIS Benefit Forms • Support for 64 existing form types and scalability to add new forms as needed • Compliance with over 50,000 business rules and maintenance of the required level of support and service • A hybrid contract with Firm Fixed Price, Fixed Unit Price, and Time & Materials components
