Buncombe County Public Health is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, develop, and implement a dashboard and scorecard system that supports comprehensive performance monitoring for Public Health programs. The system must provide clear, accessible, real-time display of program data and must include performance indicators per program. The selected vendor will be responsible for identifying an appropriate assessment methodology, designing and implementing an interactive dashboard and scorecard system, providing performance measures, integrating data from existing systems, and ensuring security and privacy compliance. Key features of the system include compatibility with the Microsoft ecosystem, real-time data refreshes, visualizations for Public Health data, drill-down capabilities, demographics analytics, automated alerts, and export functionality. Some key requirements and responsibilities of the vendor include: • Identifying an appropriate assessment methodology to determine outcomes for each program • Designing and implementing an interactive dashboard and scorecard system tailored to Public Health program needs • Providing performance measures for each program, including client-level, program-level, and service-level indicators • Integrating data from existing case management systems, Electronic Health Records, spreadsheets, or data warehouses • Ensuring security and privacy compliance, including HIPAA or other applicable health and human services regulations • Working with the Senior Leadership Team to develop a Gantt chart for the program timeline
