Description
The State of Hawaii Department of Transportation seeks qualified vendors to provide annual inspections and dielectric testing of its aerial work platforms—including two 55‑ft aerial boom trucks, nine 35‑40 ft bucket trucks, three digger derricks, and one 2009 GMC scissor lift—plus any corrective repairs identified during the inspections. The contractor must supply all labor, tools, test equipment, transportation, and incidentals, adhere to OEM checklists, ANSI/SAIA A92 standards, and applicable OSHA regulations, and deliver a detailed inspection report within seven days of each site visit.
