RFQ-ON-CALL ADVISORY AND CONSULTING SERVICES

The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation is seeking qualified firms to provide on‑call advisory and consulting services that support statewide economic‑development initiatives, including a new focus on talent attraction and retention (Area A). This is a task‑order contract with no predetermined quantity of work; each order will have its own scope, deliverables, and maximum price. Proposers may submit a labor‑category hourly‑rate schedule or illustrative not‑to‑exceed pricing for representative tasks.
