Point of Sale (POS) Enterprise Replacement for Golf

The City of Omaha is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a Point of Sale (POS) enterprise replacement system for its golf division. The system must be a 100% web-based, cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, accessible via standard modern web browsers. The system must also support direct or automated interface pathways with Oracle General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules. The vendor must provide licensing, configuration, and support for a total of 9 separate deployment profiles. The system must also meet various technical requirements, including PCI-Validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE), Hosted Fields or Direct Redirect architecture, and Omnichannel Tokenization. • The proposed system must support online booking and registration, mobile applications, and league and tournament management. • The vendor must provide technical support, lifecycle hardware replacement, and implementation and training services. • The City of Omaha reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any deviations or errors that are not material. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor who has been deemed responsible, responsive to the requirements outlined, received the highest-ranking scores, and whose services and/or products have been determined to be the most advantageous to the City of Omaha.
