Description
The Concho Valley Council of Governments (CVCOG) is seeking qualified vendors to design, supply, install, integrate, test, and support an Automatic Passenger Counter (APC) system for the Concho Valley Transit District. The contract will cover all hardware (counters, sensors, on‑board computers), software (data collection, storage, reporting, integration with GPS/AVL/farebox), installation on transit vehicles, training of CVCOG staff, a minimum one‑year warranty, and ongoing technical support and maintenance. Respondents must demonstrate at least three years of APC experience, have completed projects for two other public transit agencies, and provide references, detailed technical proposals, and a price proposal. The solicitation deadline is 5 PM CST on 20 Nov 2026; questions are due by 30 Oct 2026. The anticipated award recommendation is in January 2027. The estimated contract value is $300,000.
