Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a vendor to supply and install mobile Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) units for the Cincinnati Police Department. The contractor must deliver the hardware to the police facility, transport it to its own shop for installation, and then return the completed units to the police location using a JERR‑DAN or similarly sized flat‑bed transporter (≤ 9 ft wide). No hard‑copy bids are accepted; all submissions must be entered electronically via the City’s VSS portal, including a completed DEI 147 Equal Employment Opportunity form. The contract includes a mandatory 1 % administrative fee that must be incorporated into the quoted price. Vendors must provide substantial insurance coverage (general liability, workers’ compensation, builders risk, etc.) and must comply with the City’s Small Business / M/WBE participation requirements.
