Olmsted County Employee Insurance Services

The Olmsted County is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified insurance companies to provide Basic Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), Voluntary Term Life, Long Term Disability (LTD) and Voluntary LTD insurance to employees of Olmsted County. The contract may also include Short Term Disability insurance. The successful bidder will be required to provide these services to the county's employees.
