RFQ for Floor Mat Services and Custodial Supplies at ODVA Salem Building

The Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs (ODVA) is requesting a quote for floor mat services and several different types of custodial supplies and paper products for their office building located at 700 Summer St. NE, Salem, OR 97301. The contractor shall provide weekly floor mat services and custodial supplies and products, including but not limited to toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The contractor must also provide a quote for the items below along with the quantities each item is delivered in. • Floor mat services: weekly services for high-quality water and dirt-absorbing mats and traffic mats • Custodial supplies and products: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer, air freshener, trash bags, and other related items • Insurance requirements: workers' compensation, commercial general liability, automobile liability, and professional liability insurance • Project timeline: RFQ to be posted on or before February 19, 2026, site walk to be requested and scheduled before February 26, 2026, bid submission deadline on March 12, 2026, and services to begin immediately following contract execution, but no later than March 26, 2026.
