CVI Conference Event Coordinator

The Kansas State School for the Blind is seeking a Conference Event Coordinator to assist in planning and managing a one-day Cerebral Visual Impairment (CVI) Conference. The conference is scheduled to take place on Friday, March 5, 2027, in Wichita, Kansas. The coordinator will be responsible for managing the event, including accessibility services, exhibitor coordination, and on-site support. The contract period is from the date of award through October 31, 2027. • The coordinator must have experience in accessible event planning and must ensure that all event materials and presentations are accessible to attendees with disabilities. • The coordinator will work closely with the Kansas State School for the Blind to plan and execute the conference. • The coordinator must provide a detailed cost proposal, including all costs necessary to perform the scope of work.
