Land Acquisition Services

The County of Sarasota is seeking a consultant to provide land acquisition services, including appraisal, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and validation of appraisals. The consultant will assist the County in real estate transactions and provide a range of functions to support land acquisition efforts. The scope of services includes identifying available lands, conducting site evaluations, coordinating with County staff and other agencies, and providing monthly project reports. • The consultant must have experience providing land acquisition services, including appraisal orders, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and validation of appraisals. • The consultant must have a Florida real estate license that is current and active. • The consultant must provide a detailed project approach, including staffing levels, technology, and equipment. • The consultant must provide a description of the total costs associated with the scope of work, including hourly rates and direct expense costs.
