The State of Vermont is seeking a contractor to provide Clinical Knowledge Translation to enhance the Blueprint Transformation Network Capacity. The purpose of the grant is to build stronger rural health networks, improve technology, and strengthen the rural health workforce. The contractor will be responsible for providing guidance, tools, and support to accomplish the Blueprint for Health's workforce support and development goals. The contract will be for a period of 14 months, with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2026. Some key areas of focus for the contractor include: * Developing Vermont-specific guidelines and care pathways aligned with national evidence-based best practices * Providing guidance, tools, and supports to healthcare providers * Enhancing the capacity of the healthcare workforce to provide high-quality care * Improving the use of technology to support healthcare delivery The State of Vermont reserves the right to award one or more contracts and to negotiate the terms of the contract with the selected bidder(s).
