Biohazardous Waste Management Services for Albuquerque Area IHS Facilities - Santa Fe Service Unit

The Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive biohazardous and regulated medical waste management services for several health clinics in New Mexico. The services include collection and removal of regulated medical waste, transportation, treatment, and disposal of infectious waste, as well as emergency spill response support and compliance reporting. The contractor will be required to provide these services during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services. • The contractor must be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • The contractor must be able to provide detailed capabilities statement, website, and e-catalog as it pertains to hazardous waste treatment and disposal. • The contractor must be a Small Business Indian Firm, as defined by the Buy Indian Act.
