Washtenaw Community College is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive rental package of tents, tables, chairs, fencing, drape, and related event equipment for two separate event windows in summer 2026, with the possibility of additional orders through 30 Oct 2027. The contract will be awarded on a sealed‑bid basis, with all pricing required to be FOB Destination (pre‑paid) to the college’s receiving department.
