Court Reporting Services for IDEA Dispute

The West Virginia Department of Education is seeking court reporting services for IDEA disputes. The selected vendor will provide reliable contact information, arrive on time for hearings, and deliver high-quality transcripts within specified timeframes. The vendor must also provide proof of certification through the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) and be a Notary per the requirement of the West Virginia Supreme Court. Key responsibilities include: • Providing court reporting services for IDEA disputes • Delivering transcripts, copies, and USB flash drives on or before the requested date • Maintaining high-quality transcripts with accurate names of witnesses, inclusion of all exhibits, and accurate interpretation of acronyms • Correcting errors promptly at the vendor's expense • Complying with all laws, rules, and ordinances applicable to the contract services provided The contract term is one year, with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods.
