Door Replacements at ImOn Ice Arena

The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace a variety of interior and exterior doors, hardware, and associated components at the ImOn Ice Arena. The contract includes supply and installation of panic bars, door closers, thresholds, weather seals, and other hardware for approximately 30 doors, as well as disposal of old equipment. Work must be coordinated with the City’s Project Manager, comply with OSHA and state licensing requirements, and be performed while the arena remains in use. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, mobilization, waste disposal, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
