The Public Schools of the Tarrytowns (TUFSD) are seeking qualified vendors to provide a wide array of special‑education and related therapeutic services for the 2026‑2027 school year. Vendors may bid on any subset of 26 service categories—including occupational, physical, and speech‑language therapy; ABA, nursing, psychology, social work, sign‑language interpreting, tutoring, assistive technology, and more—delivered on‑site or via tele‑therapy as needed. Proposals must include detailed hourly rates (in‑district, out‑district, summer, bilingual, virtual vs. in‑person) and may also offer flat‑rate pricing. The contract runs July 1 2026 through June 30 2027 with up to four one‑year renewal options, CPI‑adjusted. The District will supply hardware and supplies; all providers must hold NY State Education Department certification, meet background‑check requirements, and carry the specified insurance. The award is expected in May 2026 and the winning vendor(s) will be paid within 30 days of invoicing.
