The contract covers an initial five‑year term with optional one‑year extensions and requires coordination of stage management, security, concessions, VIP experiences, marketing, and sponsorship revenue‑sharing, while complying with local regulations and a mandatory $2 per‑ticket facility fee. • Book 8‑15 nationally‑recognized touring acts each season (June 1 – Sept 30) and integrate with 15 city‑designated blackout dates. • Provide stage‑management using the City’s Stageline 320 mobile stage, oversee load‑in/out, security, permits, artist hospitality, and on‑site concessions. • Deliver a complete ticketing solution (digital & physical) that meets accessibility, data‑privacy, and payment‑security standards, incorporating the $2 facility fee. • Develop marketing, sponsorship, and premium‑seating programs, and submit a detailed partnership pricing model covering facility‑rental, ticket‑fee, and profit‑and‑loss projections.
