Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $3,000,000

Based on typical unit costs for reinforced concrete pipe, storm‑drain structures, and associated civil works in Georgia, the total contract value is likely in the low‑to‑mid‑million‑dollar range. Assuming average costs of $500‑$800 per linear foot for large‑diameter RCP, $2,000‑$3,000 per storm‑drain structure, and $150‑$200 per square yard for concrete curb/gutter and driveway work, the overall estimate falls roughly between $1.5 M and $3 M. Factors influencing the final amount include exact material prices, subcontractor rates, and any unforeseen utility conflicts.
