The City of Cincinnati, acting as the management agency for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSDGC), is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide comprehensive facilities planning support for wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and related infrastructure. The scope includes condition assessments, identification and prioritization of rehabilitation, replacement, expansion, and process optimization projects, detailed data analysis, regulatory compliance reviews, energy and chemical usage evaluations, stakeholder engagement, and the preparation of technical memoranda, cost estimates, and project schedules.
