LMWWTP High-Rate Treatment Facility Progressive Design Build

The City of Cincinnati, on behalf of the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati, is seeking qualified design‑build firms to deliver a high‑rate wastewater treatment facility at the Little Miami Plant. The project will involve demolition of existing structures, construction of a new 115 mgd HRT unit, flow‑splitting headbox, pump‑station upgrades, disinfection upgrades, ash‑lagoon closure, and associated civil, mechanical, electrical, and control systems. The selected design‑builder will be responsible for all phases—from alternatives analysis and permitting through construction, commissioning, and warranty support—following a progressive design‑build approach.
