RFB ARMORED CAR SERVICES

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority is soliciting bids for statewide armored‑car services to transport cash, coins, and other valuables from all Turnpike and Garden State Parkway toll collection points to its central processing facilities. The contractor must provide fully insured armored vehicles, licensed armed staff, daily route reporting, and comply with extensive security, insurance, and equal‑employment requirements. The bid must include a 10 % bid security bond, a 100 % contract bond, and complete numerous certifications (ownership disclosure, Iran/Russia sanctions, equal‑pay, EE‑O, etc.). The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder and will include mandatory ACH payment setup and strict tax‑set‑off provisions. • Provide daily cash‑vault pickups and deliveries for over 90 toll locations across NJ. • Maintain armored‑car fleet, licensed armed personnel, and insurance coverage (minimum $4 M theft coverage, $2 M CGL, $2 M auto liability, $3 M umbrella, $4 M professional liability). • Submit extensive compliance forms (ownership, sanctions, EE‑O, affirmative action, etc.) and secure bid and contract bonds.
