Athletic & Extracurricular Supplies and Equipment

Sherman Independent School District is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of athletic supplies, services, and equipment. This bid includes athletic sports and training, PE, dance and cheer, band, award jacket and awards, uniforms, apparel, accessories, and monogramming/embroidery service. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors, and the term of the contract will be from June 6, 2024, through June 30, 2030. • The scope of work includes providing athletic supplies, services, and equipment to the school district. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the district, considering factors such as purchase price, reputation of the vendor, quality of goods or services, and the vendor's past relationship with the district. • The district reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents and accept or reject any and/or all proposals. • The successful vendor's proposal as submitted shall remain throughout the terms of this agreement.
