Athletic & Extracurricular Supplies and Equipment

The Sherman Independent School District is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of athletic supplies, services, and equipment. This includes athletic sports and training, physical education, dance and cheer, band, award jackets and awards, uniforms, apparel, accessories, and monogramming/embroidery services. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors, and the district reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents. The term of the contract will be from June 6, 2024, through June 30, 2030. • The district is looking for vendors who can provide a wide range of athletic supplies and equipment. • Vendors must agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless the district from any suits or demands for payment. • The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities or irregularities. • Awards will be based on the respondent's submittal meeting the requirements established in the RFP.
