RFP 2026-06-0910 - Floor Care for BR Metro Airport

The City of Baton Rouge/Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking a qualified vendor to provide floor care services at the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport. The successful proposer will be responsible for providing janitorial services, including daily cleaning, to the airport. The proposer must have experience providing janitorial services in an airport or similar setting and must be able to meet the unique challenges of the airport environment. The proposer must also be able to provide a detailed plan for staffing, training, and customer service. • The airport is open 365 days a year and has fluctuating passenger traffic levels. • The airport is subject to specific federal security requirements. • The proposer must be able to provide a detailed plan for compliance with these requirements. • The proposer must also be able to provide a plan for managing employee turnover and ensuring that all employees are properly trained and badged.
