GFO-25-607 - Clean Transportation Program Hydrogen Infrastructure Project Opportunity (HIPO)

The California Energy Commission’s Clean Transportation Program seeks proposals to fund the design, construction, and operation of hydrogen refueling infrastructure across the state. Applicants may propose new light‑, medium‑, or heavy‑duty stations, reopen temporarily non‑operational sites, or add supplemental funding to previously awarded stations.
