Leadership Development Program

The State of South Carolina, through Midlands Technical College, seeks a qualified vendor to design and deliver a six‑month, cohort‑based Leadership Development Program for approximately ten participants. The contractor will provide interactive group sessions, individual coaching, optional leadership assessments, and all related instructional materials, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering comprehensive evaluation reports. • Deliver a curriculum covering self‑awareness, communication, conflict management, influence, team leadership, accountability, change management, and resilience. • Provide one‑on‑one coaching for each participant, including recommended session frequency and format. • Administer and report on leadership assessments (or equivalent tools) and supply all participant guides, worksheets, and electronic resources. • Coordinate scheduling with the college, maintain attendance records, and submit a final evaluation summary with recommendations for future development.
