Description
The State of Nevada, Department of Business and Industry, Nevada Real Estate Division is seeking a mediator for disputes between parties concerning common-interest communities. The mediator will provide services including the interpretation, application, and enforcement of covenants, conditions, and restrictions pertaining to residential property. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Mediator with at least two years of experience in mediating disputes between parties in a professional capacity. The contract is for a period of 4 years, from January 6, 2022, to December 31, 2025. The estimated value of the contract is $40,000.
• The mediator will provide services for the resolution of disputes concerning Associations, including the interpretation, application, and enforcement of covenants, conditions, and restrictions.
• The mediator must have training and experience with the resolution of disputes concerning Associations.
