The County of Boone, Missouri is seeking a contractor to provide credit/debit card processing services for the Boone County Circuit Clerk, Boone County Sheriff’s Office, and the Boone County Prosecuting Attorney. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a model that is no cost to the County, with charges added to those who choose to use the service. The contractor must accept major credit, debit, and prepaid cards, and provide accounting data that associates the credit card charge with related case numbers. The contractor must also provide web-based, card-not-present processing technology, and have a toll-free telephone number available 24/7/365. The contract will have an initial period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with five additional one-year renewal options.
