The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation seek a qualified marine contractor to repower a 30‑foot Munson Packman landing‑craft. The contractor must remove existing outboards, install two new Honda BF250D “Drive‑by‑Wire” engines, integrate dual‑station iST electronic controls, connect to the existing SeaStar hydraulic‑assist steering system, replace fuel lines, upgrade instrumentation, and conduct sea trials.
